The True TRCB-96 Chef Base is a four refrigerated drawer chef base that supports 1434 Lbs of cooking equipment on it's surface. Each refrigerated drawer in the base accommodates three full size food pans. (food pans sold separately) Sturdy chef bases do double duty as work counters and refrigerators. One-piece reinforced stainless steel top has "V" edge to guard against spills. Insulated top eliminates heat transfer to cabinet interior.
