True uses an environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and exclusive RCU technology allows for the reversing of the condensor fan motor, which helps to keep the condensing coil clean and reduce the negative effects of a dirty coil. Its refrigeration components are designed to recover the correct temperature quickly during busy periods and hold product between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
