The hardcoat pusher head fingers are specially designed to resist corrosion, even when regularly exposed to acidic foods like tomatoes. And when it's time to clean up, the 3/16-inch slicing blade pops in and out for easy changing and cleaning.
The Vollrath® InstaSlice also features a detachable table stop that prevents the unit from moving during use, as well as a sled-leg aluminum base and stainless steel rods that are strong, sturdy, and reliable.
