This Hobart ventless dishwasher has no need for a vent hood and has energy recovery for the hot water sanitation with a Sense-A-Temp booster heater. It can wash 45 racks per hour.

This unit has Wi-Fi connectivity - connect it to the app and get instant access to machine status, temperature logs, error code reporting, and cost/consumption/usage analysis. It also has user-friendly touchscreen controls.

The drawn tank, tank shelf, chamber, trim panels, frame, and feet are all made from stainless steel. This door type dishwasher is designed so it can be placed in a corner or straight through operation.

Features of the Hobart Ventless Dishwasher

This Hobart commercial dishwasher automatically fills and has an actuated start when the door is closed, and a cycle light to indicate that it is in use. The final rinse water only takes .67 gallons of water per rack. This door type dishwasher has timed wash cycles for 1, 2, 4, or 6 minutes plus the time to condense. The 2, 4, and 6 minute cycles are NSF pot and pan listed. There is an audible alarm to indicate the end of the cycle.

This Hobart ventless dishwasher has revolving and interchangeable upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms and rinse arms. This commercial dishwasher has a pumped rinse for a constant rinse pressure and an automatic drain closure. There is also a delime cycle with notification and a slanted, self locating, one piece scrap screen and basket system.
