Seven Pan Heated Transport Cabinet from Vulcan
The holding capacity of this cabinet is seven 18" x 26" pans or fourteen 12" x 20" pans. Pans can be 2-1/2" tall or shorter. It can also hold a combination of both on 1-1/2" centers.
The simple knob actuated electronic control with digital display allows you to hold food at temperatures up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the blower motor provides gentle and even temperature distribution.
