Here are the recommended required components necessary to dispense beer from a jockey box. Consult the "Product Features" tab below for details on each of the components and what they do. • Jockey Box Keg Coupler Beer Line Kits have Sankey D couplers for most domestic beers. (1 required per tap on your box) • CO2 Tank & Dual Gauge Regulator Kits will allow you to pressurize your system. (only 1 required per box) • Choose the Additional CO2 Line "splitter" or a Gas Manifold to match the number of taps of your jockey box. • Gas line is sold by the foot. • Clamps are required for each gas connection. See "Product Features" tab for more information on how these all go together.
These are the parts you require for connecting kegs and pressurizing your jockey box for dispensing. Jockey box not included, so assuming you have or are purchasing a jockey box, these are the components you will need to have to get that thing to pour beer.

Step 1: Connecting to your kegs

We have created a Keg Coupler Beer Line Kit that has the standard Sankey System D keg coupler used for most domestic beers, beer line with connectors to go from the coupler to the jockey box, and a washer for each end of that beer line to ensure a proper seal. You will need one of these kits for each of your faucets.

Step 2: Pressurizing your system

In addition, you will need to pressurize the system. We have created a tank and regulator kit that will get you the CO2 tank (shipped empty), dual gauge regulator, gas line, and clamps. You will need just one of these kits for each individual jockey box. If you don't need a tank you can get just the Dual Gauge Regulator, gas line, and clamps.

Step 3: Getting CO2 to multiple kegs

If your jockey box offers more than one faucet, you will then need to "split" that CO2 line to get pressure to each keg. If you are only serving 2 types of beer, you can get away with the simple Additional CO2 Beer Line Setup kit. This inexpensive splitter is recommended only if you will not need to change a keg while continuing to be able to pour from your other keg. Otherwise you will need a Gas Manifold equivalent to the number of types of beers you are serving (2, 3, or 4 lines). These include gas shutoff valves so you can stop the gas supply to just one keg (for changing purposes) while continuing to serve from your other kegs. If you go the gas manifold route, you'll need to grab some gas line (sold by the foot) and hose clamps to run from the manifold to your kegs. We recommend about 5 feet per line to match up nicely with the length of the beer line in the coupler kits.
