This half size dough docker roller measures 3-1/2" wide x 8-3/4" long, and is perfect for eliminating air pockets and bubbles in pizza dough, as well as pastry and baking dough of all types. It has a stainless steel axle with an independent plastic wheel and plastic handle. The plastic pins are standard 1/4" long.
