This is the fifth tap tower that I have purchased from this company, and is by far the best quality tap tower that I have used. The components are of robust construction, and they use high quality steel for the casing. The faucets are secured to the T-tower extremely well, and they need no adjustment, which is a big difference compared to other manufacturers that come with loose components and tend to further loosen over time and use. Highly recommended item, HOWEVER, I have one major complaint that can be remedied with a simple solution. These towers come packed in a box, filled to the brim with styrofoam PACKING PEANUTS which is non-biodegradable, non-recyclable, and will not degrade for thousands of years in landfills. Worse yet, these packing peanuts can and will end up in bodies of water, leaching toxic chemicals for generations to come, where small and large creatures will eventually suffer the consequence. I highly recommend, to the management of this quality company, to cease all use of packing peanuts and use only crumpled newspaper, or paper based packaging. I will kindly request to use ONLY crumpled used newspaper for packaging of my products on all future orders at Rapids Wholesale. Thank you!
