Bought this tapper to replace a Rapids PT-1 I purchased 39 years ago that finally died. This seems to be of the same good quality construction. It’s quieter than the old one and the fan motor for the draft arm cycles on and off rather than running constantly like the previous model. Only thing I would change is putting the CO2 tank outside rather than inside the unit. Very pleased with this tapper after a couple of weeks.

Bought this because wanted a quaility kegerator that kept beer cold with out the foaming caused by ones without internal fan to keep tower cold, although product was damaged on delivery it was on the back side and lower front door. It was raining during delivery and product looked wrapped up ok and no noticable damage out side. I didnt discover it til next day. Too late i guess to complain now. Anyway it works great and beer flows perfect and cold. 35 degrees. Only concern is internal fan runs continuously. Not that its loud, just wonder how long it will last running 24/7. Well at least a year accord to warrenty. All in all a great kegerator despite the damage.

I bought this unit for homeowner use because I was dissatisfied with the quality of those units. It is well made and will last. Although it is a commercial unit the noise level from the compressor and fan is acceptable and hardly noticeable. The casters are heavy duty and allow me to put it anywhere. I am extremely happy with my purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for one either business or homeowner. Be sure to order the deluxe CO2 and cleaning kit with it. You will then have everything you need.
