Perlick FOB System | 304 Stainless Steel Foam on Beer Detector
When the keg empties and fills with foam, the FOB shuts off the flow of the beer so that the line keeps packed with solid beer until the new keg is tapped. This prevents foam from coming through the system and out of the faucet, which wastes product and potential profit.
