Moffat Turbofan E27M3 Full Size Manual Electric Convection Oven for Commercial Kitchens
A full size sheet pan, manual, electric convection oven with a bi-directional reversing fan. The Turbofan is constructed of a stainless steel front, sides, and top exterior with a fully welded porcelain enameled oven chamber. It contains a thick outer glass and a thick low energy loss inner glass that is framed by a stainless steel drop down hinged door.

Features of the Full Size Convection Oven
This compact convection oven holds 3 full size sheet or hotel pans with 3 1/3” tray spacing between the 3 oven wire racks. Controls include a power on control panel indicator, a mechanical thermostat, heating on control panel indicator, manual 60 minute timer, and a time-up control panel indicator and buzzer. A safe touch vented drop down door with a stay cool handle that contains heavy duty counterbalanced door hinges. It also features a removable plug-in oven door seal for easy cleaning, a halogen lamp for higher quality lighting and merchandising, and anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet. The thermostat ranges from 150°F-550°F. The electrically heated Turbofan convection oven is ETL listed and NSF-4 listed.
