BLG-27HD Master Bilt Freezer Construction
The BLG-27HD Masterbilt freezer has a standard electronic controller that can monitor defrost functions from the front panel interface as well as an audible and visual alarm. The BLG-27HD Master Bilt freezer also has a 24-gauge painted textured galvanized steel interior and exterior as well as anti-sweat heaters on its doors and on its cabinet face. In addition, this freezer merchandiser is equipped with standard LED lighting for greater energy efficiency. The entire cabinet construction of this commercial reach in freezer uses a two-inch foamed-in-place “zero ODP” urethane insulation.
Commercial Masterbilt Freezer Doors and Refrigeration
The BLG-27HD Master Bilt freezer has built-in auto-close, triple-pane, heated safety glass doors with heated frames. Not only that, the BLG-27HD Masterbilt freezer also has black door rails and handles, adjustable torsion bar hinges, replaceable magnetic vinyl door gaskets, and door hinges that are easily adjustable for closing tension and leveling.
This commercial reach in freezer uses R-404A refrigerant and a self-contained, bottom-mounted, factory-tested refrigeration system. This freezer merchandiser also utilizes a top-mounted, low-profile interior fan housing as well as an automatic condensate evaporator.
