Commonly, it is the responsibility of the freight carriers to ensure their cargo is transported to the correct location and the customer order is accessible "in the back of the trailer". That means it is your responsibility to get it physically off the truck. If the location where your equipment is being delivered does not have an elevated receiving dock, access to a fork lift, or sufficient man power to physically unload the equipment from the back of the truck, add liftgate service to your cart.
Adding liftgate service will ensure that your equipment purchase will be delivered on a trailer that is equipped with a hydraulic lift. The truck operator will safely lower the equipment off of the truck bed and onto the ground avoiding any potential mishaps or damage that could be incurred due to an abrupt or sudden drop.
*Please note, liftgate service covers the safe and secure unloading of the equipment from the truck to the ground. Transporting the equipment to its final location within the building is the responsibility of the customer.
If you need your equipment delivered to a residential address, add residential delivery service.
