A spring loaded dispense valve on this frozen beverage dispenser closes itself after each use, which makes this frozen margarita machine ideal for any busy restaurant. Running out of drinks won't be a problem with the mix low light and an audible warning to indicate when the product is low in the hopper. An 8" cup clearance allows room for almost any size glass. There is a standby mode that allows the user to keep the product quality consistent and to conserve energy when there are down times on the usage. In the standby mode the mix in the hopper will store at a safe temperature and the mix in the freezing cylinder will return to a cold liquid state. Turning the frozen beverage dispenser back to the on position will quickly return the product in the freezing cylinder back to its proper consistency.
