This Elbow Faucet Shank: A Closer Look

An elbow beer tower shank is essentially a variation of the nipple shank in that the nipple with the hose barb has a ninety-degree bend. This bend helps accommodate the beer line while preventing crimping. In some elbow tap shank assemblies, the nipple is actually an extended tube that runs the length of the draft tower with the beer line attached to it.

A complete elbow beer shank kit will include a flange (stainless steel or brass), a faucet coupling, a snap ring, a sleeve, a metal washer, a spacer, and a lock nut.

This beer faucet shank comes complete with the components to attach the shank to your beer dispensing draft tower. Made of plastic and finished in polished brass to match brass towers. Barbed elbow will fit 3/16" I.D. beer hose tubing.
