5-1/2" Faucet Shank with Hose Nipple & Plastic Flange (1/4" Bore)
American Beverage Complete Faucet Shank
A beer faucet shank with 1/4 inch bore and black plastic flange. Nipple beer shanks from trusted brand American Beverage are made of nickel-plated brass, which means they are corrosion-resistant and rust-free.
Why A Nickel-Plated Brass Faucet Shank Is Best for Your Beer
Beer shanks should be made of corrosion-resistant material because beer and wine are both extremely acidic and corrosive. For instance, pure brass—when used as a kegerator shank or faucet shank—will quickly corrode and eventually damage your faucet shank, thereby affecting the performance of your draft system and, more importantly, the taste of your brew.
This shank is made of nickel-plated brass, so you can rest assured that your kegerator shank is corrosion-free and rust-free. With this faucet shank, you can also guarantee your customers the most exquisite-tasting and best-quality draft beer available.
Here at Rapids Wholesale, you can choose from a wide variety of other beer tap parts and faucet accessories that include faucet locks, faucet plugs, jug fillers, and locking flanges.

Installation Notes
- The thread-to-thread measurement is 7/8”.
- We recommend a 15/16” bit/hole for a perfect, airtight fit.
- If you are installing a longer shank (10” or more) a 1” hole may help with feeding the shank through the wall. We caution against this as it will result in a looser fit that may be undesirable.
